Return Policy
Please contact us through the info@elevenicons.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue(s), when applicable
Timeframe to initiate a return process
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Return procedure by Eleven Icons
Our goal is to process all requests within 7 business days. If your return or refund request is approved, please contact our customer support team to receive the correct return address and instructions. Returns without prior confirmation may not be accepted. Eleven Icons will not accept unconfirmed returns.
Returned items
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- We do not accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered.
- We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items not eligible for return
Our return policy applies to most items, with a few exceptions. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items intentionally damaged
- Items returned more than 7 days after the delivery date
- Items where the customer chose a size or color they later disliked, despite consulting the size and color charts
- Items delayed due to incorrect information provided (e.g., wrong phone number or shipping address)
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
