Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return by emailing info@elevenicons.com with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). Claims for defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost items must also be made within this timeframe.

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the amount.
